We invite our customers to help themselves from our delightful hot buffet table of 9 different dishes, which are all clearly labelled and described on the buffet table itself. We suggest you sample a combination of items, and then return to the table to try some others.

The Buffet consists of:

Beef dish
Boneless Breast of Chicken Dish
King Prawn Dish
These three dishes are cooked according to a special combination of recipes for the day. They will include curries, Chinese style sauces like sweet and sour and oyster, and Malay dishes cooked with ingredients such as lime leaves, lemon grass and coconut milk.

Seasonal Stir-Fried Vegetables.
Various Beans in Curry Sauce.
Noodles Stir-Fried with Egg and Vegetables.
Keripik-Peanuts and Potato Crisps in a Dry Caramel Chilli Sauce.
Indonesian Salad.
Boiled Rice.
Sambal Blachan: Chillis Cooked in Shrimp Paste-(very hot) - is available at the table.
